Let’s answer the age old question, “Why do women like drama?” Now, if you ask a typical woman this, she will respond with quite a shocked look on her face and say something like, “Not all women like drama!!” And, then she would probably hint somehow that she was the exception. To which I would warn you that it’s the woman who say things like this – that are actually more inclined to engage in extremely dramatic behavior. And, drama can come in all sorts of forms. Sometimes it’s obvious and other times much more subtle than you could ever imagine.

So, let me eliminate all the confusion when I say, “ALL woman want and need attention!” Whether it’s overt or covert please just understand that on the core biological and primal level of a woman: it’s what she truly craves.

It’s my belief these subconscious primal urges aid a woman to elicit the help of men or women around them. Women seek attention and they test to see how much attention they can attract so they can be rest assured that when a time comes where they need HELP, they will be able to effortlessly receive it.

Well that sounds like a completely bratty statement doesn’t it? And you want to know the truth? Well the truth is, this phrase “I’m only high maintenance, if you don’t maintain me” came out of my mouth whilst talking to a friend recently. And it’s my guess women would admit this, if they really understood how perfectly it surmised how they felt.

So let me break it down for you guys. Let me show you: what this really means, how you can overcome it, and how to apply it. I will show you a proactive approach, which will minimize the level of drama, testing, and needy behavior with ANY woman.

Now I can’t attribute this theory entirely to myself. In fact this theory is dedicated to a man who actually has real time experience of how low maintenance women can truly be. This is dedicated to a man who actually finds it amusing to see other men around him being constantly tested. He is incredibly insightful and in the near future I may steal him for an interview to pick his brains and share it with you guys.

Why would you want to date a strong independent woman? She’s fun, she’s feisty and she has a mind of her own. She knows how to take care of herself, the people around her and her life. She can match you on your level, inspire you to grow and she can contribute as well as she can receive. She knows and understands her worth and she has the self esteem to back it up. You can be satisfied in knowing that if she is with you, its by her choice. Because she wants to be with you, rather than because she feels she needs to be with you (the neediness and dependence is what causes most of the drama).

But what does a strong independent women really need to spark her interest and ignite her fire?

Match her on her level
Now strong and independent woman are used to doing a lot of everything on her own. She knows how to take care of herself and the people around her very well. In fact she may be “extremely comfortable” with the ease at which she feels she can manage her life. Therefore when you approach and interact with these women initially they can seem to have a “cool” disposition towards you. They may give you some challenging situations and conversations that are intended to put you off guard. And you can’t blame her for this, she is simply seeing if you are a guy that can handle her independence. Are older women really more desperate?

Are older men really more attractive?

Well I just read in an recent Daily Telegraph paper that how hot we really “think” we are is relative to our age.

Now that statement may seem really obvious. But let me explain.

Now I sure all the young girlies who are reading this, while they may have some boy problems really don’t have too much of a shortage of choice.

Then all of a sudden when they grow older and reach the age of 33-34 they start to notice that its that little bit harder to score a guy.

Is that just because guys don’t really go for older women? Is that just because guys don’t like women with more life experience?

What is the reason for this?

Well girls you are going to love these stats.

This is in Australia so the stats may be a little different in the states. But for single women from ages 15-17 there is an oversupply of single men of 10%, peaking at 23% when a single woman reaches the age of 25.

You can have your cake and eat it too!

I’m going to obliterate one of the common fallacies many men and women have out there.

Recently I just finished watching the movie “Click” and “The Family Man”.

yes yes I know they are so “not this year” but they were really good movies.

Now the one thing that I noticed as a reoccurring theme in these movies was that the main characters both male, had to make the choice between having a successful career or having a successful family life.

Isn’t this an issue that many of us have to face in modern times?

Should we go after the money? Or should we go after the family life?

For women this is especially a big issue.

Many women today are choosing to put their careers in front of their family life. Getting married later, choosing to have kids once they are financially independent, some opting not to have kids at all.

Like I said before. The term Hot Alpha Female is always unfolding for me. But here is something that I have uncovered recently.

Its all a sham! Hahaha …. Well ok a little bit of it is a sham.

Well let me explain.

Maybe because I thought Hot Alpha Female, was a completely new concept, I thought it was a brainwave that no one had ever thought of before.

Apparently, I’m still learning a lot. Apparently I don’t know it all. And I think that’s a good thing, because otherwise I would never learn anything new.

SO what brought this on? Well the book called Venus on Top: Women Who Are Born to Lead and the Men Who Love Them, changed that for me!

Now Magnus had the world at his feet. His parents were the rulers of the world and he was obviously heir to the thrown. In fact his father was handing over the rule of the kingdom the very next year.

It just doesn’t seem to make sense anymore.

Women today are more empowered than ever, we can do as much as any man can and I would even go as far to say that we can do MORE.

Our careers are what we make it, glass ceilings are breaking all over the place, we are no longer expected to say at home.

In fact we are expected to do everything …. Like have a career, take care of kids, maintain a healthy relationship, take care of the family, have a good social balance and all with a smile on our face.

But why is it that so many great girls that I’m coming across who are HOT, SMART and SUCCESSFUL are having trouble finding quality men?

Is it that men are just intimidated by success?

There is a girl that I met recently and she told me about an experience that I found to be interesting and shocking at the same time.

She was talking to me about how we could not attract the right guy for her.

Now she had a successful profession she was a doctor and was very good at her job.

At the same time she is also a pilates instructor in her spare time.

There are so many ways to look at dating its sooo not funny anymore. Like I covered in my last post, there are a lot of double standards that apply between genders.

But in this post I really want to talk about contradictions that appear in dating. You know where you hear someone say one and thing and then another person tell you something different.

Here are a couple that run off the top of my head

Love will find you VS You have to find love

You should have an instant connection VS You can build a connection with someone over time

Distance makes the heart grow fonder VS Out of sight out of mind

You can’t be friends before you date VS You should be friends before you date

You need to find someone similar to you VS You need to find someone opposite to you
